Which shift are you interested in?

Load-In & Setup — early morning, help vendors get situated, set up signage, tables, HERplace booth (approx. 8:30am–11am)

Check-In / Welcome Table — greet guests, hand out programs/maps, answer questions (approx. 10:30am–1pm or 1pm–4pm — pick one)

Floater / General Support — roaming support during the event, helping wherever needed (approx. 11am–4pm)

Load-Out & Breakdown — help vendors pack up, breakdown tables/tents, general cleanup (approx. 4pm–6pm)
