Returns & Exchanges

• Eligible Items may be exchanged or returned for store credit within 30 days of delivery.

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags (if applicable).

• We do not offer refunds, but will happily exchange for another size (based on availability) or issue store credit.

• Orders are processed within 3–5 business days after purchase.

• Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days (depending on your location).

• We currently ship within the U.S. only.

Local Pickup (If Available)

If you’re located in the Colorado Springs area, we may offer local pickup during select events or dates. If so, details will be provided during checkout or by email.

Lost or Delayed Packages

• Once your order has shipped, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier.

• If your package is delayed or missing, please contact the shipping carrier with your tracking number.
